Delivery Manager




There are countless small businesses out there that we rely on every day. The cool new coffee shop, the hairdresser I trust, or the kebab shop around the corner. All of them are lovely people, with great ideas, who love to go the extra mile for their customers and their passion.

It is time to strengthen the small businesses and finally bring clarity into the jungle of self-employment, guidelines, and laws!

That is why we have to push the boundaries of the possibilities together. Because we do not accept that so many obstacles are put in the way of small businesses. Instead, we use smart software and thus take our fate into our own hands.

We are building a tool with experts from tax consulting, business, compliance, and law, which enables small businesses to have the freedom to make their own decisions and to do what is important to them and what makes their company what it is.


  • Take responsibility for the Agile project management of product teams.
  • Lead Agile practices and provide support to your product teams.
  • Define the product team's needs and insert them into a product portfolio process to ensure the team has the correct mix of skills to deliver.
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to deliver time-sensitive features to time and budget.
  • Ensure a good pace of delivery with Scrum and Kanban teams.
  • Facilitate the release of shippable products to live environments on a regular sprint basis and support the transition into operational service.
  • Identify and remove any kind of obstacles or blockers to enable the team.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies continually, so you can take appropriate steps to adopt and resolve without affecting the product delivery.
  • Become core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they do.


  • You're experienced in managing Agile software delivery across a number of teams.
  • You have worked before in an Agile organization with Scrum and Kanban.
  • You have gained experience in coaching and mentoring others in Agile practices.
  • You have experience working in an environment of Continuous Integration and Delivery.
  • You are able to review, challenge, and adjust performance levels to ensure quality outcomes are delivered on time, and to a sustainable pace.
  • You know how to configure JIRA for Agile software development.
  • Having a professional Scrum Master qualification or equivalent is a plus.
  • High level spoken and written proficiency in English.
