Your opportunity

As a Retention & Loyalty Associate, you will support the global CRM, retention, and loyalty activities at woom, with a strong focus on email marketing, customer engagement, and loyalty program initiatives. You will work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to help optimize customer communication, improve retention strategies, and support data-driven marketing initiatives across multiple markets in the EU and the US. The role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in retention marketing, lifecycle communication, and customer loyalty strategies.

Your Mission

  • You support the management and optimization of the CRM system.

  • You assist in analyzing customer and CRM data to identify insights and benchmarks.

  • You independently plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.

  • You support automated customer journeys and personalization initiatives.

  • You assist in developing and maintaining loyalty and retention programs.

  • You collaborate with marketing and sales teams on global campaigns.

  • You create and support reporting for CRM and email marketing performance.

  • You conduct A/B tests and derive learnings for campaign optimization.

  • You support the management of Channable and the SAP Engagement Cloud (Emarsys) product feed.

  • You assist in the continuous development of the global woom website.

  • You support Reviews.io moderation and social media approval workflows.

Your Skills

  • You are fluent in both German and English.

  • You are currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communication, or a related field.

  • You have a strong interest in CRM, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and customer engagement.

  • You possess a basic understanding of email marketing and digital marketing principles.

  • You have an analytical mindset and an affinity for data-driven decision-making.

  • You maintain a structured and independent working style.

  • You have strong communication and organizational skills.

  • First experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

  • You are interested in customer experience, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.

  • You ideally bring initial experience with SAP Emarsys, Channable, or Reviews.io, as well as A/B testing and campaign reporting.
