Key responsibilities

Customer Program Management

  • Own and develop end-to-end customer programs across CAMO, maintenance, and operational
  • Services to service provider and / or end-user of Aircraft.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal departments
  • Act as senior escalation contact for high-end/VIP customers
  • Drive RTS performance, transparency, and customer satisfaction at executive level

External Affairs & Institutional Relations

  • Represent the company toward aviation authorities, economic chambers, industry bodies and customer events
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with EASA, national CAAs, OEMs, and key partners
  • Actively support and influence regulatory frameworks and policy discussions
  • Lead initiatives related to market access, international expansion, and lobbying
  • Must be highly willing to participate in local and international events ( travel )

Strategic Development

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer lifecycle value and service portfolio
  • Develop structured programs that increase customer retention and long-term contracts
  • Position the company as a premium, compliance-driven aviation partner globally
  • Strengthen and actively manage global partnership contracts, while overseeing the quality and implementation of workflows
  • Managing customer communication and expectations
  • Being part of organizing events
  • Marketing responsibilities
  • Management of internal training related to customer requirements
  • Ensure a strong awareness of data privacy

Requirements

You are motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented on customers success with a strong interest in a dynamic environment. You understand business relationships and enjoy both strategic and operational planning in an international setting.

In addition:

  • You have Executive-level communication skills
  • Experience in key account management and/or business administration
  • Loyalty and discretion come naturally to you
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken (German not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Salary

At AUREUS, we place great importance on fair and transparent compensation, based on experience, qualifications, and individual skills. The position is classified under the collective agreement for commercial employees (KV Handelsangestellte). For this role, we offer a gross annual salary on a full-time basis (38,5 hours per week) between €38.000,00 and €45.000,00. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
