We need you for:
- Driving international recruiting activities, including active sourcing and candidate engagement
- Continuously optimizing recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and candidate approaches
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and direct search to hiring and initiating the onboarding
- Ensuring a professional, timely, and transparent candidate experience, including rejection management
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers as a sparring partner on recruiting needs, profiles, and market insights
- Contributing to key People & Culture topics such as operational initiatives, company culture, and employer branding
Your profile:
- Completed education in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within the life science industry
- Strong passion for identifying talent and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey
- Proactive, structured, and quality-driven working style with high resilience
- Confident handling of digital tools; experience with HR and recruiting systems is an advantage
- Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Team-oriented mindset, high level of commitment, and strong willingness to continuously learn

Salary
The actual minimum salary is 4,400 € gross per month (on a 40-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
