Global Key Account Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Definition and product management of B2B product portfolio of Finished Dosage Forms including in-market and select pipeline products
• Conceptualization and aiding overall Key Account team strategy and leading select critical projects
• Generate deals for and end-to-end ownership of the out-licensing process for defined focus customers - Key Accounts
• Drive and lead future business excellence activities within Global Key Account Management
• Analyse competitive landscape and key account focus customer portfolio to proceed with the specific go-to-market strategies for the defined products
• Build up business relationships with the key accounts, focus customers and lead the deal making process from the opportunity identification to the launch
• Develop/maintain the relevant customer contacts, conduct customer meetings attend relevant industry fairs, congresses, etc
• Generate transformational deal value creation by direct management of select out-licensing projects with Key Accounts

Qualifikationen
What you'll bring to the role:

• University degree in business, alternatively university degree in natural sciences + MBA
• Minimum of 5-years' significant account management experience within the B2B environment of the pharmaceutical industry
• Entrepreneurial, creative and high-energy team player with excellent business acumen, strategic thinking ability and strong sales experience
• Strong cross functional leadership
c Fluent in English and German

Desirable Requirements:
• Project Management skills desirable
• Experience in Key Account Planning
