About Your Role

1st Level Support / Help Desk & Field Support

• Act as the first point of contact for IT‑related requests and incidents
• Provide help desk services and initial troubleshooting for workplace IT issues
• Support users with workplace hardware, software, and standard workplace applications
• Provide on‑site support at office locations (installation, replacement, setup, relocation of PCs, notebooks, monitors, peripherals)
• Support IT activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding
• Document incidents, requests, and activities in accordance with internal IT and audit guidelines

2nd Level Support

• Analyze and resolve more complex workplace‑related incidents and problems
• Configure and maintain client operating systems, workplace applications, and endpoint devices
• Coordinate with external service providers for workplace IT topics
• Support IT asset and warehouse management (ordering, issuance, return, documentation, retirement)
• Maintain and update workplace‑related technical documentation

IT Operations & Infrastructure (Workplace)

• Support the operation and continuous improvement of workplace IT infrastructure
• Ensure high availability and stability of workplace IT services
• Contribute to IT operations and infrastructure projects
• Identify recurring incidents and operational issues and support sustainable improvements across the IT environment

Is This You?

• Experience in IT operations and infrastructure, ideally in a banking or enterprise environment
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive improvements
• Hands-on experience with MS 365, MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and IT network technology
• Fluent in both German and English
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear, professional communication
• Team player with a strong service and customer orientation
