We are looking for

Claim Management Coordinator (m/f/d)

LOCATION: Gunskirchen • START: IMMEDIATELY

Your responsibilities

• Manage claims from supplier and internal claims to supplier related to procurement and logistics.
• Investigate causes of discrepancies in deliveries, payments or contractual obligations.
• Initiate and manage debit/credit notes according to contract terms.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to settle claims.
• Document and track claims in the ERP system, ensuring transparency for audits.
• Maintain a structured overview of open and closed claims with associated documentation
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement departments on complex cases.
• Provide input for supplier performance evaluation based on claims history.
• Identify recurring issues, propose preventive measures, and support standardization.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on claim volumes, causes, and resolution times.

Your experiences and skills

• Completed university degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management - ideally in the automotive, manufacturing sector.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicts, and drive results.
• Communicative team player with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good command of English; German language skills are a strong advantage.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53.241,02 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
