TroGroup's Laser Sources Division is shaping a new culture and way of working across our brands, Iradion and Luxinar. We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to help guide and embed this change, ensuring our people and structures are set up for long-term success. In this Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will work closely with leadership and teams to strengthen our approach in strategy, processes, structures, people, and culture.

Manager Organizational Development (all genders)

+/- 25 hours/week

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the organizational development agenda in a post-merger environment, strengthening strategy execution, structures, processes, and culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the global leadership team, enhancing collaboration, alignment, and overall effectiveness.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact workshops and interventions that enable new ways of working and structured problem-solving.
  • Serve as an internal consultant and sparring partner, providing real-time feedback and guidance to leaders and teams during change and transformation.
  • Design and facilitate key organizational milestones and engagement initiatives that foster belonging, shared purpose, and recognition of achievements.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and role model, embodying and promoting core values and principles across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a robust target deployment process to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accountability at all levels.
  • Drive process excellence and cross-divisional alignment initiatives to enable a high-performance organization.

Your profile

  • Proven experience and mindset in organizational development, change management, or a similar role, ideally in a post-merger or transformation context.
  • Strong facilitation expertise with the ability to design and lead executive-level workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building trust and influencing at all levels through a support function role.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional teams with exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Analytical and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel international.
  • Degree in organizational development, business administration, lean management or a related field is a plus.
  • Additional European and/or Asian language skills are highly appreciated.

Last but not least, under Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary for this position.
This amounts to EUR 53.251,02 gross per year for a full-time role (according to the Metal Industry collective agreement).
