Project Specialist (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• As a Project Specialist, you take over coordinating tasks and timelines in projects related to the implementation of intralogistics technology in warehouses on global ALDI markets
• Your task includes the independent assumption of tasks coordination and preparation of results in projects on the subject of international logistics and process design (e.g. network design or sea freight)
• You will be involved in the further development of project management in cross-team projects
• You coordinate and administer digital collaboration platforms and their further development within the framework of Office 365 products
• You will be responsible for researching information and creating presentations, minutes and documents, primarily in English
• You coordinate and organise appointments and workshops and complete administrative tasks independently

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• As a Project Specialist, you have completed studies in economics, business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on logistics/supply chain management
• Initial professional experience (e.g. project management or supply chain management) is an advantage
• You are interested in and enthusiastic about food retail and international logistics
• You enjoy working in international teams
• You are characterised by a motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
• You feel confident in using MS Office
• If you have good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Confluence, this is an advantage
• Your English skills are good
• You excel at presenting complex information in a simplified way, tailored to stakeholders across various countries, departments, and hierarchical levels
• Your reliable, solution-oriented, and independent working style sets you apart

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
