HEAD OF MARKETING

YOUR TASKS

• You support and act on behalf of the Group Marketing Director in all fields of Consumer Marketing (B2C) and Business Marketing (B2B)
• You develop and execute marketing strategies to attract visitors and drive retail sales across the portfolio
• You develop traditional and digital marketing standards and guidelines across the company
• You manage all digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO and offline advertising
• You oversee the planning and execution of events, promotions and campaigns at the outlet centres and new developments
• You lead market research initiatives to understand consumer preferences and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
• You manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
• You lead the marketing team and foster a creative and results-driven environment

The advertised position is subject to a collective agreement minimum gross salary of EUR 3,144 per month, with the potential for overpayment based on your qualifications and experience. YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in marketing, business or a related field
• You have significant experience in retail or commercial marketing, preferably in the outlet or shopping centre industry, retail chain or at an agency for at least 5 years
• You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
• You are able to analyse market data and consumer trends
• You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint)
• You have excellent leadership and project management skills
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; further language skills would be an advantage
