Your Tasks

• Designing and driving the Ecosystem Health by identifying and implementing new services in our markets (focus CEE)
• Developing Health Services competences, defining Value Propositions and creating Customer Journey maps, together with our local companies
• Orchestrating the execution and the digital marketing of the services within our Group
• Continuously reviewing and challenging the health services and identifying potential partners, e.g., service providers, start ups
• Understanding the needs of the local companies, identifying scaling opportunities, providing support and promoting Ecosystem Health services
• Building concepts for the future, conducting market research and trend analyses
• Ensuring know-how transfer within our Group

Your Profile

• Degree in the field of economics, healthcare, medicine, science, innovation or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in the fields of Health services will be considered as a plus, e.g., Healthcare management, medical technology, start ups in the area of health
• Enthusiasm for innovation and new businesses models, openness to deal with new topics and ideas
• Joy in dealing with international colleagues
• High service and customer orientation
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German and a CEE language will be considered as an advantage
• Willingness to travel (CEE)

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 436,86 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
