Team Lead of IoT Devices (w/m/d)

Full-time, from now, remote | Location: Graz, Austria

Are you a passionate firmware developer? C, Python and Bash are your languages? We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a diverse team of hardware and firmware developers specializing in IoT devices
• Plan and execute hardware and firmware projects in collaboration with your team
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers to support their professional growth
• Firmware development on STM32 family
• Integration of hardware and firmware components into the overall system or product
• Product hardware certification
• Managing the transition of product hardware into production incl. end-of-line testing to ensure quality and reliability

YOUR PROFILE

To excel in this role, you should posses:

• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and managing technical projects (2+ years)
• 3+ years of firmware development experience, preferably with STM32 family
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including C, Python, and Bash
• Strong familiarity with Revision Control Systems, particularly Git

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in product certification
• Software testing

We offer a competitive gross annual salary of EUR 70,000 for this position. Your actual salary will be determined collaboratively, considering your qualifications and professional experience.
