Job description

In your new job you will:

• Work on digital design and chip architecture for silicon microphone Asics, with focus on algorithms for low power and low area implementations
• Collaborate closely with analog, concept, system, test and verification engineers
• Document and actively support the requirement driven design-flow (RDDF)

Profile

You are a team player with an open mind for new ideas, tools and methods. You set the direction in your field of expertise and cooperate across boundaries by recognizing and using different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. Strong communication and presentation skills allow you to ensure the acceptance and understanding of the chip concepts in the development community and at management level.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics or related technical areas
• At least 8 years of professional experience in digital design, simulation and verification
• Tool knowledge of RTL, simulation, design-synthesis and design-optimization with Mathworks, Cadence and Synopsys
• Strong understanding of digital design principles, and experience with RTL coding in Verilog/System Verilog
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, including clear communication of issues and progress
• Fluent English skills with German skills or willingness to learn it as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
