International Manufacturing Manager

Graz, fulltime

Job profile: Due to the rapid growth of Usound, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager. The main task is to oversee the production processes including demand fulfillment, inventory levels and transportation management. Furthermore, you will work closely with our Asian partners, which is why excellent language skills in Mandarin are a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, scheduling and coordination of demand fulfillment
• Monitoring inventory levels for availability and shortages
• Management of transportation, including compliance with delivery commitment, in conjunction with shipping dept
• Support and collaboration with suppliers, service providers, and production partners
• Establishment and monitoring of logistics metrics
• Central role in our Operations Team

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, additional languages beneficial
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management or a similar position
• Willingness to relocate to Graz, Austria and to travel to Asia (2-3 times per year)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Educational background in a technical field is preferred but not required
• Adaptable, flexible person, but able to be assertive with suppliers, especially during negotiations
• Team player with experience in multi-discipline, multi-cultural, and multi-site environments
• As the company grows and change, the position will also adapt
