About Your Role

• In your role as IT Vendor & Demand Specialist at Addiko Bank, you lead our strategic partnership with Accenture and manage our IT vendor relationships to support our IT roadmap and business transformation
• You oversee Accenture services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
• You monitor and manage service level agreements and performance metrics
• You address IT risks and ensure regulatory compliance across vendor engagements
• You coordinate IT incident management to maintain service quality
• You align IT services with our business objectives, while effectively managing the IT demand
• You steer Addiko's IT projects, ensuring alignment with business and IT capacity

Is This You?

• You are experienced in IT vendor management
• You have in-depth knowledge of Accenture's (or ARZ's) services and solutions
• You are skilled in navigating IT demand management and aligning IT capabilities with business needs
• You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and can foster strong internal and external relationships
• You hold an academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certifications in CISA, PMP, or ITL are an advantage
• Fluent in both English and German
