Job description

As an Analog Designer, you are an integral part of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary, and international product development team.

In this job the main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Translate design concepts/requirements into functional implementation
  • Design and verify analog circuit blocks/subsystems in close cooperation with physical designers
  • Support the mixed-signal verification of the chip with a functional model of your block/subsystem
  • Document the work products according the quality requirements
  • Collaborate with system architects, lab and test engineering
  • Secure new intellectual property by filing patents

Profile

You are a good communicator and team player who is self-motivated and demonstrates a cross-domain proficiency in semiconductor competence areas. You are driven by your motivation to develop high class products and your sense of quality and attention to details.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university / university of applied sciences degree (Master) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
  • 3+ years of experience in analog design in state-of-the-art CMOS technology
  • Analog design flow in Cadence environment
  • Understanding of EMC and ESD requirement
  • Development experience with functional safety according to ISO26262 as a benefit
  • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
