  • Manage the full hardware lifecycle from system architecture and PCB design to lab validation
  • Contribute to building products from scratch, moving from concept via functional prototype to mass product
  • Design schematics and create layouts optimized for performance, EMC, reliability, and DFM in collaboration with suppliers
  • Build rapid prototypes to mitigate risk and conduct full commissioning, characterization, and verification
  • Perform hands-on board bring-up and use lab equipment to troubleshoot complex signal or power issues
  • Ensure all developments comply with required standards/norms and manage verification/validation procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments on technical feasibility to define clear system interfaces and support product-market fit
  • Presenting trade-offs, test results, and risk assessments in reviews and stakeholder meetings
  • Act as the technical point of contact for key B2B customers and company partners

What you bring:

  • Proficient in layout, stack-up definition, impedance control, length matching, and EMI/EMC optimization

  • Experienced in power integrity and analog/digital design for complex systems
  • Fluent in drafting specifications, test plans, and leading design reviews
  • Proven ability to iterate quickly and take ownership within interdisciplinary environments
