To strengthen our team in Graz, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious, committed

Project Coordinator (all genders)

Tasks:

  • Coordinate the planning, execution, timeline management and reporting of research projects among the research team

  • Development and implementation of work plans, timelines and strategies to achieve project milestones

  • Manage timelines and project progress reports with sponsors and service providers

  • Coordinate collaborations with sponsors, service providers, academic institutions and industrial partners

  • Reporting of progress, deviations and results to internal supervisors and external customers

  • Capture, evaluate and implement emerging technology trends and drive implementation of such novel technology and share ideas across teams

  • Support scientific presentations and publications

  • Literature reviews and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation

Skills and Abilities:

  • PhD or equivalent degree in the life sciences with an in-depth understanding in IHC and cancer immunology

  • Scientific focus on cancer immunology or cancer genetics and molecular mechanisms driving initiation and progression of cancer as well as in translational research

  • At least three years of post-doctoral experience, preferably working in cancer genetics or tumor biology

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • Evidence of project management skills

  • Excellent team spirit, communication and presentation skills (English as a working language, German of advantage)

Salary

We offer an unlimited contract with a minimum yearly salary from € 60000 gross based on 40 hours/week. Overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and work experience.
