• Entwicklung unserer globale Salesforce-Plattform und Harmonisierung der CRM-Prozesse über mehrere internationale Vertriebsniederlassungen hinweg
• Analyse bestehender Sales- und CRM-Prozesse und dessen Optimierung, gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
• Planung und Realisierung der Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen wie ERP, Marketing- oder BI-Lösungen von Drittsystemen an die Power-BI-Landschaft
