Deutsche Telekom is transforming its HR IT landscape by introducing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the future core HR system for managing employee master data, compensation, and selected time management processes, supported by a project team on the HR business side responsible for steering, requirements, testing, and vendor coordination.
Steer the international Employee Central implementation project at Deutsche Telekom from the HR business perspective
Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ and coordinate closely with IT, T Systems, and SAP SuccessFactors
Ensure the successful rollout of Employee Central in more than 20 countries
Define and drive the global template for HR data and processes and consult internal customers on best practice implementations
Manage stakeholders, handle escalations, and conduct regular status and alignment meetings across the program
Have you led large scale international Employee Central implementations with more than 5,000 users across multiple countries?
Have you designed and implemented global templates for HR data and processes?
Do you have experience steering external vendors during system implementations and managing delivery?
Do you bring strong Employee Central expertise together with project management and vendor management skills, and are you fluent in English (German is a plus)?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR4.046,28,- based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
