Securities Support Specialist (f/m/d)

What you can expect from us

• Process and monitor securities back-office activities throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Manage tax-related services connected to securities investments, including withholding tax processing, relief at source, tax reclaims, and tax reporting
• Handle operational events, exceptions, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties, and market participants
• Support regulatory and market-driven changes impacting securities and tax processing
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitalization
• Participate in projects and strategic initiatives within Investment Operations
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality and resilient operational services

What we expect from you

• Experience in Securities Services, Custody, Investment Operations, or Securities Back Office
• Hands-on experience with GEOS
• Knowledge of KESt, withholding tax, tax reclaims, relief at source, and tax reporting related to securities investments
• Strong understanding of securities products and operational processes
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and service orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good written and spoken English and German skills

We will agree on what you can actually earn with us in the interview! At least EUR 63.000,-- gross according to the collective agreement for 38.5 hours per week.
