Job Description

You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking responsibility for smooth processes and reliable data. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and optimizing our supply chain operations - from materials management to collaboration with internal teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the development, enhancement, and optimization of supply chain management processes
  • You manage material and inventory data in our ERP system - including material master data, pricing, bookings, period closings and data analysis
  • You coordinate deliveries in close collaboration with Doka Logistics and Operations
  • You take ownership of warehouse and materials management tasks, such as stocktaking and coordinating refurbishments
  • You handle various operational procurement tasks - such as requesting quotes, entering purchase orders into the system, and coordinating with suppliers and the purchasing team
  • You assist with accounting tasks
  • You support projects and contribute to controlling activities

Qualifications

  • Completed education in one of the following areas:
  • Apprenticeship in logistics or a related commercial/technical field
  • Secondary school diploma (e.g. HAK, HLW)
  • University degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Relevant professional experience in a related field, e.g. order processing, logistics
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Excel
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken

This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 34.244,- according to the collective agreement (trade).
