Job Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and/or IFRS
• Conduct general ledger accounting and ensure accurate period-end closings
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and audit standards
• Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors during year-end audits and tax reviews
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making
• Improve and develop internal accounting processes and controls
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

The Successful Applicant

• Successfully completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (HGB, IFRS, or local GAAP)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working

What`s on Offer

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is EUR60,000.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary.
