In this role you will be working as a senior specialist in the Group Remuneration & Reporting department, that is part of the Group People & Culture division.

Your Tasks

• Conducting Gender Pay Gap analysis to promote pay equity and remove gender bias
• Identifying and address any disparities across the organization related to compensation
• Administration of compensation plans, including supporting HR Business Partners in salary reviews and compensation determination
• Developing, implementing and maintaining competitive compensation programs that align with the company's overall strategy and goals
• Providing guidance to HR colleagues and management in compensation-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations governing compensation practices

What you'll bring with you

• Experience in the field of compensation or equivalent HR function experience, specifically collective agreements and standard HR processes such as salary bands, collective bargaining agreements, bonus models, salary increases, etc.
• Strong understanding of compensation policies and practices, with ability to assist in working through questions or unique situations
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, strong numeric and analytical skills
• Ability to create insights from date and prepare clear and compelling presentation materials and reports in support of HR activities
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, which you use to forge strong connections and work collaboratively across all levels of the firm
• Fluent in English and German

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48.323,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
