Octapharma specializes in the development of highly pure pharmaceuticals made of human blood plasma. As part of a family-owned enterprise, Octapharma in Vienna is not only the largest production site, but also a successful research location of the Octapharma Group. Since our company continues to grow, we are now hiring for our team:

Your new challenges which will inspire you:

• In this role, as part of a team currently consisting of four people, you will be responsbile for groupwide process validation, including the qualification of process performance and lyophilization processes as well as the life cycle validation of chromatography resins and membranes
• You will also define, implement and harmonize SOPs within the Group and work closely with the experts at the production sites (Austria, Sweden, Germany and France) to this end
• In this context, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the standardization of qualification and validation processes within the Group
• Occasionally, you will also be responsible for conducting training courses and workshops at our production sites
• You will represent our company before regulatory authorities and external organizations

Your profile that will convince to us:

• Pharmaceutical, technical or scientific background with a university degree
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Profound knowledge of GMP including validation practices (US, EU/New Annex1, WHO organiza-tions)
• Very good English skills, German is advantageous
• Moderate willingness to travel (every 1-2 months for apporox. 2-3 days to our production sites in Europe)
• Structured approach, intercultural competence and assertiveness with a sure instinct characterize your working style

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3 909.67. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
