Technical Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced (m/f/d) Implementation Engineer, based in Linz or Munich, full-time or part-time.

Driven by a clear mission for customer centric implementation service, as the Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for deploying and configuring our software solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
As part of our Product team, you will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Role

• Lead the deployment and configuration of our software solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Collaborate with international GBO colleagues and clients (onsite and remote) to develop and maintain implementation plans and project timelines.
• Design technical setups and workflows based on individual customer requirements.
• Implement our software, including installation, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
• Take full ownership of the technical aspects of customer projects.
• Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to clients.
• Serve as 3rd level support post-implementation.
• Travel internationally to customer sites (currently Europe-wide).

What Were Looking For

• At least two years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Consultant, Application Specialist, IT Support, Implementation Engineer).
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for direct B2B customer interactions.
• Experience with database management systems (preferably MS SQL).
• Knowledge of HL7 API connectivity is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Structured, transparent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (10%).

The annual gross salary for this position is for 38.5 hours per week at least 60.000 EUR. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
