Want to join us to produce the BEST YouTube videos possible, across the entire world of Red Bull?

As the global content producer, you'll play a pivotal role in the ideation, development, production and delivery of content for the Red Bull global YouTube channel. You'll work as part of a centralized team of experts in Salzburg, Austria to optimize content for YouTube and support in the end to end production of content that strives for organic reach on the platform.

You'll use insights and analytics to learn how to make better videos for YouTube, and educate and communicate this to the wider business. You'll have a meticulous approach to content creation, demonstrate creativity and editorial intuition and always strive for innovation. You'll align marketing objectives and brand values with an solid understanding of the YouTube creator and publishing landscape.

You'll be at the forefront of creating dynamic and authentic YouTube content, driven by a consumer-centric approach to captivate fresh audiences. You will work closely with countries and networks, utilising Red Bull assets from right across the world to create impact on YouTube. You will understand the difference between creating videos for YouTube versus other platforms and traditional storytelling, and be able to apply this to all parts of the production process. Your YouTube video portfolio will demonstrate your desier to reach audiences at scale. You will have a deep understanding of YouTube title and thumbnail best practice, and apply this to all content. You will constantly be looking to innovate on the platform, whilst creating best practice content.


You will be able to apply YouTube content theory to end to end video production. Your portfolio of YouTube content output will demonstrate an ability to execute a production from start to finish. You will have a meticulous attention to detail at all stages of production. You will have a strong network of production resources to achieve high quality video output. You will exercise creativity in the ideation process and approaching the scripting and development stage with a strong eye for details. You will find efficiencies in production and have experience in a creative producer role on set. You will have strong post production experience and be able to pair YouTube principles with strong storytelling intuition in the edit. An proficiency in Adobe editing software goes a long way! You will have a solid understanding of publishing best practice including titles and thumbnails and an eagerness to implement audience insights and retention data to ensure every video you make has more impact than the last.


You will be responsible for sharing insights, learnings and best practices with those who touch content at Red Bull, across all countries and networks. You will work with channel managers and analytics teams to deeper understand ways to improve YouTube content. You will share production, content and storytelling best practices with the wider business. You will be actively looking for learning and networking opportunities and ways to further your understanding of YouTube content. You will workshop ideas and videos with content makers and Red Bull athletes and talent.


In the spirit of innovation, you'll work hand-in-hand with producers and channel managers on the YouTube content team, as well as other departments, to explore fresh content ideas that align with the ambitious vision of Red Bull YouTube content. You should value collaboration and feedback highly and be able to effectively implement this input to work towards a mutual understanding of success. The ideal candidate will be a people person, able to form strong connections with colleagues across the entire Red Bull ecosystem and have strong presentation skills to be able to effectively communicate ideas.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3-5 Years of end to end YouTube content production and a strong portfolio of YouTube videos that demonstrate success and growth.
  • Solid experience in all stages of the content production process and a sound understanding of cameras and shooting best practice.
  • Amazing writing skills for developing scripts and shoot beats.
  • Strong video editing skills and video FX understanding. Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of YouTube content best practice, including titles and thumbnails
  • Team-player mentality with a genuine interest in Red Bull's sports and cultural properties and a willingness to explore and try new things.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
