Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Steel

LOCATION: Gunskirchen • DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management • START: IMMEDIATELY

Your new adventure

• NPD Identification and processing of potential quality risks to ensure the expected quality of purchased parts
• You will select, qualify, develop and audit our suppliers
• Controlling the initial sample process as well as handle complaints
• You will secure and improve supplier relationships, manufacturing processes and product quality
• Working closely together with your colleagues in international teams in Mexico, Taiwan and Austria
• Approx. 25% international traveling to our worldwide supply base ranging from North America to Asia, Pacific region is expected
• Working based on state of the art automotive and aircraft quality standards

Your experiences and skills

• Completed technical studies (HTL, FH, University) in the fields of mechatronics, automotive, mechanical engineering or similar
• Ideally professional experience in development or quality management for steel components and assemblies
• Passion for our products and new technologies
• Good and German English skills
• Team player with analytical, solution-oriented and proactive working style

We offer

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 57.578,92 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment. We will be happy to discuss the details personally as part of our application process.
