In this role you will be working as a senior specialist in the Group Remuneration & Reporting department, that is part of the Group People & Culture division.

Your Tasks

• Being responsible for overall group remuneration including variable remuneration, incentive schemes, goal setting and monitoring, performance evaluation, reporting, and employee share program
• Being part of (or lead) an agile team running the annual bonus process including budget analysis and supporting the end-to-end process
• The role is perfect for you, when you like data-modelling exercises, calculation of scenarios and analysis of remuneration related data

What you'll bring with you:

• Experience in the field of HR in general, specifically collective agreements and standard HR processes such as salary bands, collective bargaining agreements, bonus models, salary increases, etc.
• Experience in variable remuneration and goal setting, reporting and controlling
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data analysis, basic payroll knowledge is an advantage
• You are proactive, have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy working with people
• Analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills
• Very good communication skills on all levels of the organizational hierarchy
• Fluent in English and German

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 43.554,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
