Your Tasks

• Define, design, and orchestrate continuous implementation and adaption of workplace services in the area of endpoint management (Workplace strategy, hardware basket, central software distribution & virtual desktop infrastructure)
• Develop and maintain a yearly roadmap for workplace services to ensure proper planning, lifecycle management, and implementation of services.
• Evaluate and streamline existing infrastructure related to workplace services, with the aim of centralizing and supporting both current and future services
• Work closely with other IT Infrastructure team members, IT staff, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop centralized solutions, and optimize workplace services.
• Identify areas for process improvements and introduce new, standard services while exploring automation options and sustainable operation models
• Align the Workplace strategy with IT management objectives, communicate progress, and report key performance indicators related to workplace services.
• Monitor and control costs associated with workplace services, seeking opportunities to optimize spending within the area of responsibility

Your Profile

• Completed Education or proven work experience in workplace and core infrastructure services
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client and endpoint management
• Ability to abstract and overlook complex IT dependencies and legacy setups
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and experience working with them
• Self-organized, open-minded, and result-driven work approach
• Strong communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders
• High level of personal integrity
• Proficiency in written and verbal English; German proficiency is advantageous

The monthly gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement amounts to minimum EUR 3.800,31.
