In the Group Information Technology department in Slovakia, Croatia or Austria, we are looking for a Global IT CMDB Service Owner (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• The Service Owner defines the strategy and drives the planning, implementation, operation, continuous improvement and further development of the service
• Reports to Head of Global User Care and Operations Management Team
• Drive the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the service and all related processes, procedures and guidelines
• Requirements engineering in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
• Drive the definition and implementation of needed asset types including definition of mandatory/optional data fields, processes, workflows and responsibilities
• Identify needed data sources and organize needed synchronization and automation
• Define, measure and report KPIs in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
• Define functional specification sheets based on requirements in close cooperation with the Jira SME for the technical implementation
• Order and verify the technical Jira tool implementations
• Drive continuous improvement of the data quality and data completeness of the CMDB and their data sources by triggering needed actions and developing effective procedures

Your Profile

• Ability and motivation to work independently and within virtual global teams
• Ability to motivate people and get things done​
• Solution focused and customer oriented
• Good overall IT knowledge and experience
• Knowledge and experiences with CMDB beneficial
• Good English Communication skills, both written & oral

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of EUR 3.207,73 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
