  • Proficiency in controlling, budgeting and financial reporting
  • Fluent in both English and German (oral and written).
  • Residing in Europe, preferably Vienna, Austria.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively plan and organize work activities and prioritize task completion to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional manner with diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach, willingness to be tenacious, dive into details to help support and improve projects.

Culture Fit & Impact

  • First things first: we are just as interested in the people behind the technical skills. Skills can be acquired but only you are who you are and maybe that's exactly who we're looking for!
  • As a young start-up, we face new, exciting challenges every day that need to be overcome. You should be able to handle this well.
  • Mistakes happen everywhere, and it's no different for us. We are looking for people who are not discouraged but see setbacks as opportunities to improve.
  • Communication is key: Respectful and honest interaction with one another is important to us. Unfriendliness and derogatory behavior have no place here.
  • And last but not least: you are genuinely interested in changing the food industry.

  • Dynamic Startup Environment: Immerse yourself in an innovative startup culture characterized by flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making processes.
  • Collaborative Team Atmosphere: Join a vibrant team where open communication and constructive feedback are not just encouraged but celebrated.
