As Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee operational practices, strive for consistency across all stores, and collaborate with HQ partners to enhance productivity and customer experience. You will work from our HQ in Vienna and report to the Team Lead Retail Operations.

Your responsibility with us:

POS & Store Procedures:

  • As the first line store support, you handle all technical and functional POS queries, maintaining regular communication and are training new and existing managers on POS, shop systems, and stock procedures.
  • You manage monthly and ad-hoc inventory counts, provide direction on stock management solutions, oversee retail banking, and assist with new shop openings including management training on systems and procedures.

Business Analysis & Improvement:

  • You are responsible for creating and updating policies and procedures, while monitoring sales, retail KPIs, and non-selling activities to identify opportunities for business performance improvement.
  • You focus on executing strategies to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and prioritize quality, accuracy, ease-of-use, and efficiency.

Smooth Logitstics & Stock Management:

  • Ensure all shops have necessary packaging by managing relationships and overseeing replenishment processes. Coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock and monitor shipments, ensuring correct product flow.
  • Act as a liaison between stores, business teams, and champion business initiatives while demonstrating agility in responding to changing priorities.

Your profile:

  • You have extensive experience in retail.
  • You have a positive attitude and proven experience collaborating with internal and external team members to achieve deliverables.
  • You have the ability to think strategically and implement tactically.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong organizational skills, excellent presentation skills, and a positive demeanor.
  • You have great market awareness and a strong passion for the industry.
  • You have quantitative and analytical skills.
  • You have the ability to manage and develop relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 45.000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a readiness for overpayment.
