Ihre neue Herausforderung

• Preparing reports used for tracking project activities
• Supporting the projects according to documented procedures
• Contributing in scheduling and progress-control
• Providing inputs and assistance during procurement activities
• Communicting documentation requirements with team and suppliers
• Coordinating the document-control with team membersfor on time document submittals
• Expediting and monitoring the manufacturing, quality compliance and shipment
• Supporting in Customer relationship, correspondence and negotiations
• Performing other duties as required or assigned

Ihre Kompetenzen

• Bachelor or Master of Sc. degree in engineering
• Basics in Project Management abilities (schedule, budget, quality)
• Minimum one year experience working on project teams
• Experienced in reading engineering drawings
• Ability to communicate / work within a multi-cultural team
• Willingness to work abroad and on construction sites
• Good English skills
• IT skills: Microsoft Office/365; SAP, MS Project and AutoCad (or similar) is a plus
