Your mission

As our Legal Counsel at Prewave, you will

• Take ownership of all legal and contractual matters related to the acquisition of new customers
• Conduct legal negotiations with potential customers and set up contracts, taking into account technical and business requirements
• Provide proactive and business-focused legal advice as well as transaction support across different departments
• Support our Legal Team in optimizing internal processes, oversee the expansion of and manage our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
• Coordinate, if necessary, external legal support

Your profile

Must haves

• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel
• Law degree from an Austrian or German university
• Experience in contract and commercial law, IP and copyright law, data protection law
• Understanding of SaaS environments and technical acumen
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Negotiation skills / customer-facing skills
• Team spirit and interest for a start-up environment
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Valid work permit for Austria

  The minimum earning (salary and bonus) for this role is EUR 41.000 gross per year, however the higher packages are possible based on your qualifications and experience.
