About the job

As a Change Manager for our Digital Transformation (DigiT) program, you will be part of a global team reporting directly to the Head of the Digital Transformation Office. You will focus on managing the S4/HANA implementation and defining a change management strategy for DigiT. You will identify potential challenges and resistance points that could arise during the change process and create mitigation plans. Moreover, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels, as well as design and implement communication plans to keep them informed about the change initiatives, progress, and benefits. Your role as Change Manager does not end with the termination of the project, as you will identify training needs and accompany our digital transformation throughout RHI Magnesita. In this position, you will be expected to travel internationally at least 30% of your work time.

In addition, your tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough impact assessments to understand the effect of changes on processes, systems, and people
  • Process adjusting and streamlining
  • Tracking the implementation progress
  • Establishing KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives
  • Identifying missing skill sets and providing input on training initiatives

What we expect from you in terms of

Education & Skills

  • A university degree or relevant experience in Business Management Studies, IT, Computer Science, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for understanding technical aspects
  • High IT affinity
  • Project management skills
  • Communication & stakeholder management
  • Change management certifications, e.g. Prosci

Languages

  • English - Proficient/Fluent
  • Any other language will be considered an asset

Work Experience

  • Several years of relevant work experience (ideally in IT projects)
  • Familiarity with implementation projects in an SAP environment
  • Several years of working in an agile environment

The annual gross salary for this position will start from EUR 63,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, the amount of overtime, and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that's in line with market values.
