We, as Media Technology & IT department, are responsible for all media technology within Red Bull. We operate over a hundred different applications and tools; from our self-developed media platform to one of the most technically advanced TV studios in Europe.

COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS ANALYSIS & ROLLOUT

To ensure high stakeholder satisfaction, you will be responsible for having a good relationship with our stakeholders. You will drive business analysis, as well as understand business demands to be able to build and design great products. In addition, you will take care of a successful rollout incl. adoption of the business organizations towards these workflows.

TEAM & CULTURE

You will become a strong member within a self-organized team living agile methodologies, giving the team the freedom and responsibility to take full ownership of the applications they provide. You automate if possible, measure results, share feedback and respect each other.You foster a culture of appreciation where it is safe to make mistakes, to learn and to improve.

FROM IDEA TO PRODUCT

You will iterate quickly on ideas by creating proofs of concepts (PoC) together with an engineering team. After validating with business, you will carry the PoC to a fully-fledged application alongside a development team. By analyzing workflows, defining interfaces, drafting UX and screen designs, you will constantly steer our software engineers to bring the application to production-readiness.

SOLUTION DESIGN

In this exciting role, you will design and craft new applications in close contact with a team, our stakeholders and engineering teams. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology and ensuring value is delivered with each application increment.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Proven practical experience as Product Manager
  • Strong experience in data, data modelling, data governance etc.
  • Experience in domain driven design (DDD) principles and applying its methods and tools
  • Experience in business analysis and workflow modelling
  • Experience in design thinking, requirement engineering and its methods to bridge the gap between business and our technology department
  • Communicative team player with an analytical mind-set willing to take responsibility and drive topics
  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or IT education with several years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • 0-10

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
