In our user experience design team, we bring people closer to the Red Bull brand by designing digital experiences. Due to the increasing demand for compliant, scalable, and on-brand consumer experiences, the Red Bull Design System is more important than ever and keeps growing.

Therefore, we're looking for a young talent with fresh ideas and a deep interest in user experience design and the digital industry. In this position, it's key to build in-depth knowledge about our brand, digital product landscape, consumer behavior, and user needs. Job rotations can help talents gain such knowledge while further improving the Red Bull Design System as well as consumer experiences. Furthermore, Graduates can build an internal network which is key for establishing a global design system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

UX Design

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn user insights and business needs into something meaningful for our users

Design System

Contribute to the growth and consistency of the quality of our products' UX through our Design Systems

UX Research

Conduct research, benchmark analysis, challenge status quo and check feasibility of ideas and concepts

Design Tooling and Processes

Manage our design tools and processes

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

• Proven excellence in your academic life
• First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
• "can do" mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Passionate about design, user experience design and the digital industry.
• Good knowledge of design principles and a user-focused design mentality.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before July 2023)
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• 0-10
