Identification and management of legal issues concerning the fashion and retail business.
Focus on strategic and high-risk topics and set-up of relevant workflows and processes.
Development of solutions to complex legal questions.
Advising internal executives in strategic business areas.
Preparation of analyses and solutions for specific legal projects including distribution models, allocation of Intellectual Property rights from research & development projects with third parties and supply chain legal issues.
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts of diverse nature including sales, supply, lease and purchasing.
Liaising with local counsels on peculiarities of the applicable laws.
Provision of trainings on reoccurring legal matters and education of business members to solve minor legal questions autonomously.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
