Barracuda Networks is currently looking for a highly motivated and excited Support Technician with computer and networking knowledge, to provide quality support of our superb networking and security products to our customers and partners. This role will be an entry-level front-line facing position where you will understand, document, and troubleshoot the customers' product support issues over email, phone, and chat mediums. This position will work within a team and will report into the Technical Support Manager.

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 35,000.00. The actual salary will be determined based on your professional experience and qualifications.
