As International Key Account Manager you'll be responsible for the development and implementation of the Red Bull sales strategy within the discount channel. You'll unlock accelerated growth with key international discount accounts whilst also working internally with local Red Bull countries to optimize the local sales strategy and share best practices.

MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS

As International Key Account Manager you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business relationship with international key accounts. You'll utilize data to drive actionable insights and sustainable growth as well as continuously improve mindset to drive conditionality and profitability.

DRIVE GLOBAL STRATEGY

You'll develop and communicate discount channel strategy at segment level in a cross-functional team. In addition, you'll deploy strategic revenue management initiatives that have been aligned with key internal stakeholders. You'll provide feedback to the top 25 Red Bull countries in the annual internal business planning process.

SUPPORT EXECUTION OF THE PERFECT STORE

In this exciting role you'll support local teams to accelerate growth and win share with strategic customers by leveraging unique Red Bull assets to implement the perfect store. You'll provide local hands-on support to selected countries when required to optimize the local management of key accounts as well as deliver cross-market workshops and share best practices.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years key account management, ideally within the FMCG industry
  • Front line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving
  • Active listener and excellent communicator/ facilitator/ presenter
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
  • IT literate, MS Excel, Power Point and Word skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English and German, other languages are a plus
  • Travel up to 25%
