Group Controlling takes care that the total group of companies is and stays in financial balance. It supports senior management to ensure the most effective resource allocation across the entire Red Bull Group, financially sound decision-making, accurate reporting as well as realistic and high-quality planning. Controlling is setting group-wide controlling standards ensuring the consistency of the "controlling pyramid", their reflection in the controlling guidelines, and the design of the controlling tools.

In addition, the willingness to start or strengthen your role as a future-proof finance sparring partner will be strongly supported (e.g. Analytics Tools, coding skills such as Python and R, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI). With the use of these analytics tools and coding know-how, you'll bring yourself and the job to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

MONTH-END CLOSING

  • In this role, you will be responsible for the monthly reporting of the consolidated financial statements to our management board & shareholders for the Red Bull Group and the continuous improvement and development of the reporting & analysis standards.
  • You will identify and understand variances against the business plan and the previous year across financial statements to inform management of potential opportunities and risks.

PLANNING AND YEAR-END PRESENTATIONS

  • You will analyze the planning input and submissions on a global level.
  • You will identify any potential outliers by conducting plausibility checks.
  • You are responsible for the coordination and preparation of the plan & actual PowerPoint presentations to our shareholders and management board.

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING

  • You will need to develop an understanding of the key content and stories throughout the Red Bull Group and keep up to date with upcoming developments in order to understand and implement the impacts on financial reporting.
  • You should be capable of substantive financial statement review to ensure all data is plausible and consistent.

STAKEHOLDER COOPERATION

  • You will work closely with all the controlling functions and wider Finance teams to ensure objectives and deliverables are met.

REPORTING KEY USER & FINANCE PROJECTS

  • You will become a global key user regarding our group-wide graphical display and report design standards and be responsible for the development and implementation of the corresponding guidelines and development projects.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience within controlling or reporting
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (High level in Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with a business analysis tool like SAP FI/CO, SAP BI or Hyperion is of advantage
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and directed, able to work with different topics in parallel in a fast- paced environment, good communication skills, team player, strong analytical skills, result- and perfomance-driven
  • Project management experience in a complex and structured organizational environment beneficial
  • Willingness to build on existing knowledge/ learn data analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
