In this role, you'll be responsible to enhance Red Bull's partnerships with major global QSRs, FCs, and CTBs, targeting key accounts (McDonald's, RBI, YUM, Domino's, Subway, Starbucks, Dunkin) and their major International (Master-)Franchise Groups. The main goal is to boost Red Bull's distribution and sales in this sector through global, international, or local partnership agreements.
This involves expanding the network and relationships in the industry and implementing Red Bull's global segment strategy. This approach is executed across all levels at Red Bull (Global HQ, Regional and National Management), in collaboration with internal key stakeholders, following a combined top-down and bottom-up approach to succeed in this segment.
In this role, you will be responsible for mapping out key stakeholders and organizational structures of global Tier 1 target accounts and their main International (Master-)Franchise Groups. Your role will involve building a strong network and relationships across multiple layers, forming new partnership agreements on a global and international level. Selling and negotiating programs that will significantly drive Red Bull's distribution and sales and play a crucial role in managing and monitoring customer P&Ls, ensuring consistency in investment strategies across international markets will also be a part of your role. Additionally, your responsibilities will include monitoring and developing customer performance while identifying and closing potential void gaps. You'll be able to create best-in-class cases (distribution, sales, margin) to further develop the global segment strategy and achieve success against competitors.
You will leverage your contacts and network to connect customer key stakeholders with their Red Bull counterparts on a global, regional, and local level. Your act as an essential piece to support the top markets to form new local partnership agreements with Tier 1 target accounts, aligning with the global segment strategy. Your leadership will be demonstrated by leading by example and showcasing the importance of Global Strategic QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro Accounts to the Global On-Premise Business.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in working closely with various departments to ensure seamless business operations and development. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Global Finance for customer P&L alignment and development. Additionally, you will collaborate with Global Legal on matters related to NDAs, contracts, and other legal topics, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. You will also work closely withe the Global On-Premise Trade Marketing Team to create and execute highly impactful Joint Business Plans (JBPs). In addition, you will engage with both Global and Local Business Applications teams to track, monitor, and report on business development.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.508 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
