As Product Manager you'll be responsible for the development and lifecycle management of POS (technical and/or non-technical) products according to the need of our internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Create project related briefing documentation and execute full tender process with final supplier decision process.

Develop Products with (a) nominated supplier/s according to defined needs according to a stage gate process

Ensure Product Compliance for targeted markets in cooperation with our Suppliers and our internal Quality Management (i.e.: Certification, Product Tests)

Plan and manage product development related project budgets

Support local Red Bull entities with local development projects (co-development)

PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

Manage product related documentation with internal and external stakeholders

Manage product related quality complaints, evaluate and execute product improvements if required

Approve shipment audit reports

Support Global Innovation department for researches and feasibility studies

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

Support procurement function with identifying supply market and new technologies

Execute Cross-Quotation on existing products

SYSTEM

Maintain project related systems and tools

Check and approve invoices on request (iVerify)

Set-up material and execute changes in related systems

Lead or support cross-functional and organizational products

IOT

Experience in turn around IoT projects

Manage IoT related products and services

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Three or more years professional experience in a comparable role
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product development projects, preferrably in the environment of POS products
  • Distinct understanding of structured project managment approach with multiple internal and external interfaces
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written) in English and German
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP (MM, MD-G, BI) experience desirable
  • Degree in business engineering or business administration or specialized qualifications with similar direction
  • Fluent in English, German is considered a plus
  • Travel up to 25%
