HR Analyst

Your Tasks

  • Collecting, Structuring, Analyzing and Reporting of HR and workforce data as well as on HR processes
  • Development and creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, report templates, and system metrics
  • Development of an HR KPI system on group level
  • Management and further development of HR non-financial data reporting
  • Participation in the Corporate HRIS implementation and rollout projects with regards to data analytics
  • Maintenance and updating of HR system(s) incl. user data management (Cornerstone & Success Factors)
  • Global maintenance of HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data
  • Collaboration in international HR projects and in the continuous optimization of HR standards and processes
  • University degree in Economics/Business Administration/Social Sciences with focus on HR-Management
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Specialist/HR Controller/HR Analyst in a multinational environment
  • Experience in handling large amounts of data, with data visualization and graphical representation of complex numeric data
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Analytical skills with high affinity for numbers and readiness to go into detail
  • Excellent written and oral command of English, German skills
  • Experience with an HRIS is an advantage
  • Hands-On Mentality, positive attitude and emotional resilience
