This role offers exposure and the opportunity to grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Management topics.

The core focuses of the internship include supporting global Employee Engagement practices and the organization of the global Graduate Program. Additional responsibilities include updating global tools and training materials to current templates and branding. To strengthen our global Talent Management team located at our global headquarters in Austria, we are looking for a motivated Talent Management Intern. We're looking for someone that can stay with us for 6 months.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Research & Development: Employee Engagement

You will get the opportunity to do extensive research on new and best-in-class Employee Engagement approaches and practices. Your expertise in Organizational or Business Psychology will help shape the future of Employee Engagement at Red Bull. We'll challenge your thinking and expect you to challenge ours.

Global Project Support: Employee Engagement

You will help manage our annual Employee Engagement cycle. You'll be able to champion the process, ensure data quality and work closely with local HR counterparts on successful adoption of impactful Engagement practices.

Talent Acquisition & Graduate Program

Here you will support the team during the annual cycle by updating our Global Graduate Data. You will also be able to engage in research and identify new and market-relevant approaches to attract Grad talent in the relevant countries.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working towards completion of a degree in Organizational/Business Psychology, Organizational Development or HR is preferred
  • Fluent in English; German language is an advantage

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1634 gross per month.
