Your Responsibilities

  • Own the project journey: Lead multiple customer projects from kickoff through to successful launch, using our internal tools and processes to ensure smooth execution throughout.
  • Represent the customer perspective: Work closely with clients to understand their real needs and make sure the solutions we deliver meet their expectations and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product: Partner with Product Owners to coordinate engineering efforts, align priorities, and keep projects moving toward key milestones.
  • Stay one step ahead: Monitor project progress proactively, identify potential risks early, and keep all relevant stakeholders informed at every stage.
  • Bring structure to complexity: Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, and support technical planning by helping define API proof of concepts and system architectures.
  • Drive smart resource planning: Manage capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring Engineering, QA, and Design teams are set up to work effectively and sustainably.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of relevant experience: You bring solid hands-on experience in project management, software development, engineering, or a related field.
  • Technically confident: You have a good understanding of software development and cloud environments, and you are comfortable discussing technical topics with both internal teams and clients.
  • Strong communicator: You know how to build trust, manage expectations, and create strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Highly organized: You are comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once, setting priorities clearly, and keeping projects on track.
  • Experienced in agile environments: You enjoy working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and are confident operating in agile setups.
  • Financial Markets and Digital Assets: You have knowledge of financial markets and digital assets. Experience in securities trading is a significant advantage, as is a relentless drive to become a subject matter expert in this field.
