Your tasks
For this position we are searching for a team member to support the aviation engineering team:
- Modelling of aircraft systems, based on:
- Aircraft manuals
- Flight Tests
- Scientific Research
- Integration and acceptance tests of simulated aircraft systems:
- Integration with Cockpit Hardware
- Integration with OEM Avionic Systems (ARINC, AFDX, Discretes)
- Integration with proprietary software modules
- Internal and Customer acceptance:
- ATM creation and execution
- In plant acceptance testing
- Onsite acceptance testing
Your profile
- Deep understanding of aircraft and relevant systems
- Deep understanding of the operation and qualification of a full flight simulator
- Matlab / Simulink
- High interest in cockpit systems and aircraft operation
- Experience in scripting languages (python, shell)
- Experience in simulation of control systems
- Independent working style and solution oriented
- Team player and open to new solutions
- Willingness to travel
- Work with web based tools to track requirements / test progress (nice to have)
- Coding skills (C/C++) (nice to have)

Salary
The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is € 2.668,69 according to the collective agreement (metal industry). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer you a market-based salary. Please include your salary expectations and earliest possible start date in your application.
