As Product Owner Digital Workplace Collaboration, you will shape the digital environment that connects people, knowledge, and ideas across Miba worldwide. You will drive modern collaboration platforms, enable smarter ways of working, and help bring AI into the everyday digital workplace.

You define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Workplace Collaboration. Together with international stakeholders across business and IT/D, you translate business needs into digital solutions that make collaboration simpler, smarter, and more connected.

Your focus areas include:

• Collaboration & Communication

Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, external collaboration solutions, and modern communication services

• Knowledge & Information Management

SharePoint Online, SUN-Intranet, IMS, and DMS

• AI-Powered Digital Workplace

Microsoft Copilot, knowledge retrieval, workplace automation, and future collaboration technologies

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 63,000 EUR /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
