Service Project Manager Wind(m/f/d)

The Service Project Manager MWC oversees aftersales service projects, coordinating between customers, partners, and internal teams. With a focus on project quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction, this role secures reliable and professional service delivery for PALFINGER MARINE systems

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee after-sales projects from initiation through to successful handover
• Serve as primary point of contact for technical and contractual topics
• Ensure compliance with agreements and manage related documentation
• Support NCR processes and coordinate with service branches for project execution
• Maintain and update project data using internal tools (e.g., PALdesk)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed technical education (automotive technology, agricultural machinery, or HTL)
• Practical experience in project management and service coordination
• Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering
• Excellent English and German communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with global travel flexibility

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
